Lavender grilled Pork tenderloins with Plum Chutney

Serves 4-6
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes

For Chutney:
4 whole plums
1T minced ginger
1/2 sweet onion diced
1/2 sweet red pepper diced
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 C Lavender Herb Dressing Buy this product
1/4 C sugar

Remove pits from plums and cut each plum into eight pieces. Add all remaining ingredients to a nonreactive sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until soft. Pour into dish and chill.

Rub the outside of a whole pork tenderloin ( about 1.5 pounds) with Lavender Gourmet Seasoning  (Buy this product) and a bit of olive oil. Grill over medium high heat until desired doneness. Allow to rest 10 minutes after grilling before slicing. Serve with chutney.

 
Lavender Glazed Ham
Ingredients :
3 lbs of Ham
2 cups of Lavender Sugar
Buy this product
1 cup Mustard
5 – 6 slices of pineapple
Cloves

1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
2. Score ham and place in baking pan
3. Insert cloves into ham
4. Mix Lavender Sugar and mustard together in a separate bowl
5. Brush mixture onto ham and coat generously
6. Place pineapple slices on ham
7. Cover ham with foil and place in oven
8. Bake in oven for 40 minutes
9. Uncover ham and turn oven off. Let sit for 15 minutes
10. Slice to desired thickness and serve
11. Delicious with Sweet Potatoes on the side
